No Ministério da Saúde, participou da criação da Comissão Nacional de Incorporação de tecnologias em Saúde (Conitec). Já na Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares (Ebserh), liderou a implementação de serviços de gestão da qualidade em mais de 40 hospitais públicos brasileiros. Na Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa), foi Gerente de Farmacovigilância monitorando eventos adversos de medicamentos e vacinas no auge da pandemia de Covid-19. Diretora Técnico-Cientifica da aceSUS – Assessoria, Consultoria e Gestão.
