Especialista em Regulação e Vigilância Sanitária.  ANVISA

Possui graduação em Farmácia Habilitação Bioquímica Análises Clínicas pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1997), especialização em Saúde Coletiva pela Fiocruz (2010), especialização em Administração dos Serviços de Saúde pela Universidade de Ribeirão Preto (1999) e mestrado em Saúde Coletiva pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (2007). Participou de um curso da Universidade de Saúde Pública de Harvard (EUA) em 2016 denominado Principles and Practice of Clinical Research. Trabalhou como coordenadora da Coordenação de Pesquisa Clínica em Medicamentos e Produtos Biológicos – COPEC/GGMED por 4 anos (2016-2020). Atualmente é assessora da Gerência de Avaliação de Segurança e Eficácia – GESEF/GGMED. Foi representante da Anvisa no grupo de discussão de atualização do guia E8 do ICH sobre considerações gerais para estudos clínicos. E atualmente é membro do grupo de discussão do guia M14 do ICH sobre uso de dados do mundo real em estudos farmacoepidemiológicos.
